Cake O’Licious will aim to design your cake according to any descriptions and pictures given, however all our cakes are hand crafted which may vary in colour and over all look of the cake.

Deposits are non-refundable unless order is cancelled within 14 days of booking.

Full payment for wedding cake is required before delivery and or collection, which is 7 days prior to delivery.

We attempt to deliver cakes on time, however we cannot be held liable if weather, traffic or other conditions out of our control that delay the delivery.

All possible care will be taken with the delivery and set up of your wedding cake, however once delivered the cake becomes the responsibility of the wedding venue/customer. We cannot be held responsible for any damage once they are in the care of the venue/customer.

Cake O’Licious cannot be held liable for any damage occurring once any order has left our premises.

Our cakes may contain non-edible ingredients or decoration, such as dowels, beads, brooches, ribbons or wires in some sugar flowers and must be removed before serving or eating.

For wedding cakes we aim to personally deliver and set up your cake due to the delicacy of the cake. The cost of delivery and set up will be included in your quote.

In some occasions cakes may be suitable for collection which can be discussed at the point of ordering

Celebration cakes can be collected or delivered. All cakes are expected to be collected on the date agreed for collection. please contact for quotation
